In order to explore and improve the quality of mechanical talent construction and create a good skills competition environment, on April 25, 2023, the first Suboda Mechanical Design Skills Competition led by the Human Resources and Administration Department was held as scheduled in the Taijia Park area. The competition welcomed 64 contestants and selected a total of 20 outstanding mechanical design elites through three rounds of competition: preliminary, semi-final, and final.

The preliminary competition is a theoretical knowledge competition, with a wide range of questions, involving multiple knowledge points, and random questions. To achieve high scores, one still needs to have sufficient knowledge reserves. So during the preparation stage, all the contestants put in a lot of effort to study. After 70 minutes of online answering on mobile phones, a total of 40 contestants advanced to the semi-finals.
