On April 27, 2023 at 14:00, the Human Resources and Administration Department grandly held the 2022 Skills Level Recognition and Commendation Conference in the training room on the second floor of Taijia Park. The conference invited leaders such as Yin Qingling, Executive President of Xinwangda University, Qiang Xiaoyang, Deputy General Manager of Suboda BU5 Department, and Zhang Linghui, Project Leader of Xinwangda University Skill Level Recognition, to attend.

Vocational skill level recognition refers to the activity of employers and social training evaluation organizations registered by the human resources and social security departments to assess and evaluate the vocational skill level of workers in accordance with national vocational skill standards or enterprise evaluation standards. It is an important way of evaluating skilled talents. It is an important manifestation of the government's deepening of the reform of "streamlining management and serving the government", and the construction of a "scientific, socialized, and diversified" evaluation system, truly achieving the goal of "who uses personnel, who evaluates, who issues certificates, and who is responsible".

With the joint efforts of experts from Xinwangda University, Suboda's Personnel Administration Department, and Engineering Department, Suboda conducted two batches of vocational skill level certification for mechanical equipment installers and electrical equipment installers in September and October 2022. The number of applicants reached 382, and a total of 246 skill level certificates were obtained. The company received a government subsidy of 244500 yuan, which was decided by the company's senior management to be fully rewarded to employees.
