Equipment workflow: The double speed line will carry the module and send it to the positioning mechanism, which will then position the module. The positioning is completed by a six axis robot with a vibrating lens, CCD, altimeter, etc. for positioning, height measurement, and welding.

• Equipped with automatic ranging, capturing welding trajectory, and autofocus functions, including automatic compensation for 5mm deviation of automatic intelligent cameras and automatic detection of ranging

• There is no obvious scratch phenomenon after welding, and there is no obvious color after welding.

• The welding parameters corresponding to the module barcode, such as welding time, power, speed, servo parameters, etc., are saved locally and uploaded to the MES system
